Hey there!

Quick personal share: You know that pain of frozen Zoom calls, endless buffering, and uploads that take forever? I was done with it. I recently changed my internet to Starlink and I'm speechless how fast and reliable it is. If you want the fastest and most reliable internet on the planet, here is the link for Starlink.

Okay, let's get into it.

Most people I talk to in business don't need more AI tools. They need fewer steps. They need one simple way to turn the idea in their head into a post, an email, or a page without staring at a blank screen for an hour. That's exactly what was happening this week - too many tabs, too many tutorials.

So today, I'm going to show you the 5 super simple AI workflows I use every day in my business. No tech skills, no complicated setup. Just talk, copy, paste.

Let's walk through each one.

I stopped staring at a blank page and started talking to AI instead.

Writing from scratch is the slowest way to work.

Now I just talk. I open ChatGPT on my phone, hit voice, and ramble for 60 seconds about my idea. Then AI turns it into something clear. I went from 45 minutes to write one post to 4 minutes.

Here's how you do it today:

  • Step 1: Open ChatGPT and click the little microphone. Say your idea messy, like you're telling a friend.

  • Step 2: Paste this prompt after your ramble: "Turn this voice note into a clear, friendly post for women business owners. Keep my tone, short sentences, no buzzwords. Under 120 words."

  • Step 3: Don't edit too much. Just add one real example from your day.

I used to hate writing. Now I actually post because I don't have to write.

I stopped creating new content every day and turned one idea into three posts instead.

One good idea is enough for a whole week.

Before, I thought I needed a new idea for Instagram, a new idea for email, and a new idea for Skool. Now I take ONE voice note and turn it into three. This alone saves me 3 hours a week.

My 1-to-3 workflow:

  • Take one idea: Example: "How I save time with AI in the morning"

  • Use this prompt in Claude: "Take this idea: [paste]. Turn it into: 1) A short Instagram caption with a hook 2) A 3-sentence email that teaches one tip 3) A question post for my Skool community. Keep it simple and human."

  • You get 3 posts in one go: No more starting over.

One idea, three places. Done. The full prompt pack is inside AI Skills Lab.

I stopped overthinking my website and built a landing page in 20 minutes with Lovable instead.

This one changed everything for my client.

She built a beautiful app, but no one was visiting because she had no simple page to explain it and collect emails. She was stuck on WordPress and tech tutorials for weeks.

We fixed it in 20 minutes with Lovable. No code, just describe what you want.

Here's the exact beginner workflow I teach inside AI Skills Lab -

  • Step 1: Go to Lovable and type: "Build me a simple landing page for [your offer]. Headline, 3 benefits, email opt-in, testimonial section. Clean and feminine design."

  • Step 2: Lovable builds it instantly. Then just say: "Make the button say Join My Free List and make it pink" - it updates live.

  • Step 3: Publish and link it in your Instagram bio. You now have a place to send traffic to.

She went from 0 visitors to 47 email subscribers in 3 days just because she finally had a simple page live. You don't need a perfect website. You need a simple page that works.

I stopped writing messy notes and let AI turn them into clear copy instead.

My notes app used to be embarrassing.

Half sentences, random ideas, client feedback copied and pasted. Now I just dump everything messy and let AI make it sound professional. I use this for testimonials, about me pages, everything.

My favorite cleanup prompt in ChatGPT:

❝

"Clean up these messy notes into clear website copy. Keep it simple, warm, and written for a woman in her 40s starting her online business. No hype. Just clear benefits."

What I use it for:

  • Turn a voice testimonial into a written review: Paste the transcript, AI makes it readable.

  • Turn my messy offer into a clear description: Paste my ramble, get 3 bullet points people actually understand.

  • Turn a client question into a FAQ: Paste their question, get a simple answer.

I stopped trying to sound perfect and started letting AI clean up my real words.

I stopped ending my day messy and started a 10-minute AI shutdown instead.

I used to close my laptop with 12 tabs open and feel anxious all evening.

Now I do a 10-minute shutdown. I ask AI to close my day for me so my brain can actually switch off. This is the most effective workflow for peace of mind.

At 5pm I paste this into ChatGPT:

❝

"Here is my messy brain dump from today: [paste]. Do 3 things: 1) What did I actually finish today? 2) What are my top 3 priorities for tomorrow? 3) Write a short, kind to-do list for tomorrow morning. Keep it under 100 words."

I get:

  • A clear win list so I feel good.

  • A focused plan so I don't spiral tomorrow.

  • Permission to close the laptop.

I end my day clear instead of carrying it into dinner.

See? No complicated automations. No 10-tool stack.

Just talk, turn one idea into three, build a simple page with Lovable, clean up messy notes, and close your day clearly.

This is exactly what we do inside AI Skills Lab - a free community where we share the practical AI skills we are actually using to create content, automate the boring work, build pages with tools like Lovable, and grow our email lists.

No tech overwhelm. Just simple, step-by-step.

This week I dropped the 5 copy-paste prompts + the Lovable landing page template inside the Classroom. You can steal it here:
